Alice in Wonderland Tweedledum/dee Costume Tim Burton Edition

Despite their different facial expressions, the Tweedledum and Tweedledee characters in Tim Burton’s 2010 3D update of Disney’s classic Alice in Wonderland is portrayed by the same actor. Frankly, there wasn’t much of stretch between the characters and actor Matt Lucas’s front profile. The Tweedledum costume is somewhat reminiscent of Puglsey Addams’s costume from the 1991 Addams Family movie where Tweedledee wears a white and black striped shirt and black shorts. The difference being the Tweedledum looks older than Puglsey and definitely more freaky–a must for a superb Halloween costume. The Tweedledum and Tweedledee costume duo, called fondly by the Red Queen as “fat boys” will make a great addition to any Halloween party. Add the skinny red suspenders for the finishing touch, and don’t forget the matching black and white striped socks to pull off the Alice in Wonderland Tweedledum costume for your next costume party.
