Jay Chou’s Kato Costume from Green Hornet

Fulfilling his debut role in an American movie, Jay Chou plays the part of Kato in the Green Hornet movie, the trusty, inventive, butt-kicking, butt-saving sidekick to Britt Reid played by Seth Rogen. The Kato costume worn by Jay Chou is pretty easy. He looks like a chauffeur which basically is working as one of the many hands on Britt Reid’s father’s mansion. Kato shows off his ability to make cool weapons and machines and together they start a crime-fighting duo. Kato’s costume requires a black bellman’s cap and of course the black mask. He also wears black gloves. His jacket is Asian inspired traditional menswear with high collar so no tie is necessary. He does make sure to wear a nice white shirt with cufflinks showing underneath, so do not skip this detail.
