Prince of Persia Double Sword Weapon

The new Disney action film Prince of Persia is due out in theaters on May 28, 2010. The prince in this film is named Prince Dastan played by Jake Gyllenhaal. Gyllenhaal’s black shoulder length hair is blowing in the medieval Persian wind while he fearlessly fights Nizam played by Ben Kingsley. Oh, doesn’t that just make the action scenes seem so heroic and glorious. So who wouldn’t want to dress up in a Prince of Persia costume? And what makes Prince Dastan’s costume even more macho is that the hero fights with a double sword weapon. The two steel blades are actually not identical at all, if you notice carefully. The Prince of Persia attacks and blocks enemies with a sword on one hand, but also uses a special weapon called the Dagger of Time to control time as well. No wonder the movie is called Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. Hmm, that makes more sense now…So, don’t forget your double sword weapon if you do decide to go in a Prince of Persia costume!
