Prince of Persia Sheik Amar Costume

Alfred Molina portrays Sheik Amar in the upcoming Disney and Jerry Bruckheimer joint film Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. You’ll be surprised that Alfred Molina is not playing a villain in this film. Well, he’s not really a bad guy, just a conniving man who loves money and women. Sound like a familiar comic relief role? So it’s funny that you’ll see Sheik Amar eventually becomes a mentor to Prince Dastan, the hero in the film played by Jake Gyllenhaal. Sheik Amar’s costume makes Alfred Molina a bit difficult to recognize, probably due to the turban on his head and long curly locks. The Sheik Amar costume also consists of a ragged long-sleeve Persian shirt with dark brown loose and baggy pants. Or you can be clever and play on the sheik word and get a sheik costume instead – and that would be your Sheik Amar costume!
